1、 Cleaning of valve body
The cleaning of valve body can be divided into four stages, namely rough cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, medium pressure and large flow flushing. Roughing and rinsing should be carried out in separate grooves. The method can be used for flushing with gas under certain pressure. The grinding valve body should be pretreated with burr scraping, demagnetization and polishing. The formula of roughing and rinsing cleaning solution is the same. After rinsing, wash with high flow diesel oil or water solution added with antirust agent. In order to improve the cleaning efficiency, it is necessary to recycle the ultrasonic cleaning solution and supplement the cleaning agent in the circulation.
Precautions in cleaning:
1) The selection of cleaning agent and antirust agent should be reasonable, and there should be difference between ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, even in summer and winter;
2) The water temperature should be able to meet the requirements, and the soaking time of parts should not be too short, generally controlled at more than 10 minutes;
3) Increase the water flow during roughing and rinsing as much as possible;
4) If conditions permit, the parts should be dried;
5) When flushing, the punch and the valve body should rotate or move relative to each other.
2、 Cleaning of parts
At present, the general manufacturers pay more attention to the cleaning of valve body, but pay little attention to the cleaning of slide valve and other parts. However, in the actual production, the unqualified cleanliness of slide valve leads to the decline of assembly qualification rate and the reduction of factory reliability. For the cleaning of parts, due to the variety, the workload is also large. The cleaning of parts includes cleaning burr and dirt, and chromium plated parts also includes cleaning of residual chromic acid in the inner hole. The cleaning of parts can be carried out by ultrasonic cleaning and then by air hydration flushing. Before cleaning, it is more important to clean the inner hole. The dirt in the inner hole can be removed by drilling bit, reamer and brush with the same diameter. Small inner holes should be dredged and inspected one by one. The cleaning equipment and method of parts are similar to those of valve body, but high pressure and small flow gas hydrate flushing should be adopted, and diesel oil or water solution added with antirust agent is not required to be used for high-pressure washing, and rust prevention treatment can be carried out after cleaning.
