气动先导式电磁阀安装需要注意事项：
Precautions for installation of pneumatic pilot solenoid valve:
1、不能在爆炸危险场合使，如果工况需要请选择防爆线圈
1. It can not be used in the explosion hazardous situation. If the working condition requires, please select the explosion-proof coil
2、电磁阀前后管道上需安装压力表，以便观察管道压力。
2. A pressure gauge should be installed on the pipeline before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipeline pressure.
3、在管路系统中，安装在支路上的电磁阀通径应小于主管道阀门的通径。
3. In the pipeline system, the size of solenoid valve installed on the branch pipe should be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve.
4、安装电磁阀前，管道必须清洗干净。建议在阀前安装过滤器，蒸汽管道安装疏水阀。
4. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is suggested to install a filter in front of the valve and a steam trap in the steam pipe.
5、在电磁阀发生故障时，为了及时隔离电磁阀，并保证系统正常运行，比较好安装旁路装置。

6、在安装前，要注意看清产品标牌，认真阅读使用说明书，判断产品是否符合使用条件。

7、不能将阀安装在管道的低凹处，以免因蒸汽冷凝水、杂质等沉淀在阀内而防碍动作。

8、在管路刚性不足情况下，建议把阀前管道用支架固定，以免电磁阀工作时引起振动。
8. In case of insufficient pipeline rigidity, it is suggested to fix the pipe in front of the valve with bracket to avoid vibration caused by solenoid valve.
9、电磁阀的工作介质应清洁无颗粒杂质，电磁阀内件表面上的污物及过滤器，需定期清洁干净。
9. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filter on the surface of the solenoid valve internals should be cleaned regularly.
10、安装时电磁阀线圈向上，并保持垂直位置，电磁阀上箭头或标记应与管道流向一致，不得安装在有溅水或漏水的地方。
10. During installation, the coil of solenoid valve shall be upward and keep vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve shall be consistent with the flow direction of pipeline, and shall not be installed in the place with splash or water leakage.
