1. Changing direct connection into angle method

2. Medium erosion method
Using the erosive kinetic energy of the medium itself, it can erode and take away the objects which are easy to settle and block, and then enhance the anti blocking effect of the valve. The commonly used methods are: change to flow closed type application; select motion sensitive oil circuit board; place the throttle valve port at the most favorable and harmful part. When using this method, special attention should be paid to improving the erosion resistance of raw materials of throttle valve parts.
3. External erosion method
For some media which are easy to settle and contain liquid particles, when the general valve is used for adjustment, it is often blocked at the throttle port and the guiding position, and the erosive vapor and steam can be connected outside the bottom plug of the lower valve cover. When the valve is blocked or jammed, open the external steam body or steam gate valve, only when the valve is not adjusted, the valve can be cleaned normally
4. Installation of pipeline filter
For the regulating valve with caliber, especially in the case of extra small flow control valve, the gap of throttle valve is very small, and there is no slag in the medium. In case of blockage in this condition, a filter device is installed on the pipeline in front of the valve to ensure the smooth passage of the medium. For the regulating valve with positioner, the positioner works abnormally, and the throttle valve port of the hydraulic valve block is blocked, which is a common fault. Therefore, when working with the locator, it is necessary to solve the problem of gas source. 5. Method of enlarging the clearance of throttle valve
For example, if the liquid particles in the medium or the welding penetration and rust that are eroded in the pipeline can not pass through the throttle valve port, the common faults can be changed into throttle valve parts with large clearance of throttle valve - the total area of throttle valve is the valve core and sleeve specification of window ventilation and opening type. With the total area of throttle valve centralized instead of being distributed all over the circle, common faults can be very easy The ground cover is cleared by plants. 6. Cleaning method
The welding penetration, rust and slag in the pipeline will block or block the throttle valve port, guiding position and equalizing hole wall of the lower valve cover, which will cause contusion and scratch on the inclined plane and guiding surface of the valve center, and imprint on the protruding surface.
