气动阀门的检查修理步骤
Inspection and repair steps of pneumatic valve
1、检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死。
Check whether the solenoid valve is normal, whether the coil is worn or poor contact, and whether the valve core of the solenoid valve is stuck by something.
维修方法：更换线圈清理电磁阀上卡住的东西以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。
Maintenance methods: replace the coil clean the stuck things on the solenoid valve replace the solenoid valve when the above methods are not used.
2、单边供气检验气动执行器查看是否正常工作如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等。
Check whether the pneumatic actuator works normally, such as air leakage of cylinder piston, air leakage of cylinder block and end cover or rotating shaft.
维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。
Check whether the inner surface of the actuator is damaged. Replace the damaged sealing ring, piston or cylinder.
3、检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住。
Check if there is something in the valve that will jam the ball core or valve plate.
维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。
Maintenance method: clean up impurities or replace the damaged valve.
4、检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置。
Check whether the handle of manual operation actuator is in manual position.
维修方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。
Maintenance method: pull the handle to the pneumatic automatic position.
5、检查管路是否扭曲、压扁。
Check whether the pipeline is twisted and flattened.
维修方法：纠正或更换管路。
Maintenance method: correct or replace the pipeline.
6、检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结。
Check whether the medium or ambient temperature is too low, causing pipeline freezing.
维修方法；即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。
Maintenance method: remove condensate immediately and add water removal equipment.
